What will you do?
As a Head of Product Management you will be responsible for strategic planning and management of the company products. You will be responsible for all the creation, strategy and vision of the product to meet the entire business requirement and delight the customer prospective as well.
This will be a fully agile focused environment and you will be responsible for interacting with the team internally and externally making sure that the team culture, processes are aligned to the business.
Main focus of the role is to have analytical and innovative capabilities to prioritise and drive the execution of product.
A day in the life….
• Be a role model to the Product Development department – promoting a values-based culture and driving for optimal team performance.
• Develop, recommend, lead and implement the Development strategy, building a clear Innovation pipeline which balances risk and ensures delivery of business targets.
• Deliver successful lean, rapid and profitable Product, and Process Development.
• Strong Analytical skills
• Experience in assessing and interpreting market trends
• Experience managing, developing and leading product management teams
• Ability to communicate strategically with the stakeholders.
• Experience with product life cycle.
