We are currently seeking a very high level expert in the JD Edwards space who can offer a diverse set of skills from both a technical and business perspective while also actually being the JD Edwards 'practice owner' and manager.
This role will be ideally based in Auckland however with a requirement of National and potentially, occasional Australasian travel. This role does sit very high within the Consultancy arm of the business and will report directly to the Software Director and Partners.
The essential skills that will encourage success in your application are:
- Oracle JD Edwards - at least 10yrs expertise which must include very recent work. From an application perspective, this must include Enterprise One (E1) and also very beneficially One World. Your expertise will also have arisen from a JDE Functional Consulting / Specialist capability or JDE based Solutions and Enterprise Architecture..
- Existing Job capability and functions - high level JDE based Architecture, Project/Programme Management and Practice Management. You should be well versed in making customer approaches that will see the organisation winning additional business throughout NZ.
- Project/Programme Management - experience of directly managing teams of upto 10 individuals that could include JDE Analysts, Developers and SME's. Your existing experience will also include managing end to end JDE projects and have had responsibility for associated project budgets and costing. You will also have responsibility for growth of the JDE team numbers.
- Communication - it is imperative that English communication is exceptionally high (written and spoken) due to the nature of this role and the need to constantly communicate with Vendors, Stakeholders and project teams on a daily basis.
