Support Analyst required to be first point of contact for video conferencing issues

ABOUT THE ROLE
A Support Analyst is required to be the first point of contact for any video conferencing issues. You will be providing in-house customer service and initial help to troubleshoot technical issues for frontline staff.
 
DUTIES
  • Answering calls and logging tickets
  • Responding to any emails received regarding WebEx Teams
  • Produce knowledge articles for technical and service desk support team
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience working in the service desk environment
  • Familiar with video conferencing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously
COMPANY CULTURE
Large in-house team who work collaboratively on large programmes of work
