ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is responsible for supporting the ICT department in the development, implementation, operation and administration of Service Delivery processes and systems to ensure optimum operational effectiveness and services.
DUTIES
- Oversee the change management processes, ensuring that all key stakeholders are informed and completing actions
- Oversee and play a key role in the problem management process.
- Manage the ICT/Digital Risk register
- Contribute to continuous service and process improvement policies
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong background and knowledge of agile methodologies
- Ability to operate effectively in a team environment and coordinate efforts with other team members.
- Proven track record to identify issues and problems that may impact on the achievement of ICT service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team leadership experience
